Terms of service
The rules for using PepSavvy. In short: it’s a free educational reference for your own personal use, it isn’t medical advice, and its content can’t be reused or resold commercially.
The short version
- It’s educational, not medical advice. Nothing here replaces a doctor, pharmacist or other licensed professional who knows your health.
- It’s for your own personal use. Read it, save it, share links to it, and quote short passages with a link back.
- Commercial reuse isn’t allowed. Don’t copy, republish, resell or repackage PepSavvy’s content, data, charts or tools, or build a product on them.
- You’re responsible for your choices. Check every dose and calculation yourself, and with a professional, before you act on it.
- It comes as is. We work to keep it accurate and sourced, but we can’t promise it’s complete, current or free of errors.
1. Using PepSavvy means you agree to these terms
PepSavvy (“PepSavvy,” “we” or “us”) runs the website at pepsavvy.com, including its peptide profiles, articles, calculator, compare tool, supplies list and every other page (together, the “site”). By using the site, you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
The site is meant for adults.
2. Educational information, not medical advice
- The site gives general information about peptides and related drugs, drawn from published research, drug labels, regulators, physicians and community reports. It isn’t medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and using it doesn’t create a doctor–patient or pharmacist–patient relationship.
- Many of the substances described aren’t approved by the FDA for any use in people, and products sold “for research use only” aren’t meant for people at all. Describing a substance, a dose or how people use it isn’t a recommendation to use it.
- Talk to a licensed health professional before you start, stop or change anything, especially if you take other medicines, are pregnant or trying to be, or have a health condition.
- In an emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number.
3. Doses, the calculator and other tools
- Doses on the site are reported from studies, drug labels and community sources so you can see what has been used. They aren’t prescriptions or recommendations for you.
- The calculator and the other tools do arithmetic on the numbers you enter. They can’t see your vial, your product or your prescription, and a wrong entry gives a wrong answer. Check every result yourself, and with a pharmacist or prescriber, before you measure or take a dose.
- You’re responsible for how you use the information and the tools.
4. Accuracy and sources
- We cite the sources behind our facts, show when they were last checked, and correct errors when we find them. Summaries are prepared with the help of AI from the cited sources. How we source
- Research changes, sources can disagree or be wrong, and mistakes happen. We don’t promise that anything on the site is complete, current or free of errors. Check the original sources for anything important to you.
5. What you may do: personal, non-commercial use
We give you a limited, personal, non-transferable permission to:
- Read, print and save pages for your own personal, non-commercial use.
- Share links to any page.
- Quote short passages, with credit to PepSavvy and a link to the page they came from.
- Use the calculator and the other tools for your own doses.
Search engines and AI assistants may index the site and show short excerpts or summaries that link back to it, as they do for any public website.
6. What you may not do
- Reuse it commercially. Sell, license or rent PepSavvy’s content, data, charts, images or tools, or use them in anything offered for money or commercial gain, including vendor, clinic and telehealth websites, apps, courses, ebooks and paid newsletters or groups.
- Republish it. Copy whole pages or large parts of the site, its profiles, articles, data tables or charts onto another website, app, document or social account, even for free, beyond the short quotes allowed above.
- Scrape or harvest it. Use bots, scrapers or other automated tools to copy the site’s content or data in bulk, or to build a database, dataset or competing service from it. The indexing by search engines and AI assistants described above is allowed.
- Pass it off as your own. Remove credits or source citations, present PepSavvy content as yours, or show the site inside a frame on another site.
- Imply an endorsement. Use the PepSavvy name or logo to suggest that we endorse, sell or are connected with any product, seller, clinic or person.
- Misuse the site. Use it to break the law, try to disrupt or overload it, or get around any limits on access to it.
PepSavvy doesn’t license its content for commercial use.
7. Who owns what
- The site’s text, profiles, data compilations, charts, illustrations, design, logo and code belong to PepSavvy and are protected by copyright and other laws. Using the site doesn’t give you ownership of any of them.
- Quotes and other material from outside sources remain their owners’ property and are credited where they appear. Product names such as Wegovy, Zepbound, Ozempic and Foundayo are trademarks of their owners, used only to identify those products. PepSavvy isn’t affiliated with or endorsed by any drug maker, seller, clinic or regulator it mentions.
8. Links to other sites
- The site links to studies, regulators, videos, retailers and other sites so you can check sources and find things. We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for their content, products, prices or privacy practices.
- Links to products, including on the Supplies page, aren’t affiliate links, and listing a product isn’t an endorsement of it or its seller.
9. Your privacy
PepSavvy has no accounts and doesn’t ask for your name or email address. Peptides you save, your compare list and your last calculator entries stay in your own browser. The privacy policy has the details.
10. No warranties, and limits on liability
- The site and everything on it are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent the law allows.
- To the fullest extent the law allows, PepSavvy and the people who run it aren’t liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or other damages, including injury, illness or other health problems, that arise from your use of the site, your reliance on its content or tools, or your inability to use it.
- Some places don’t allow certain warranties to be excluded or liability to be limited, so some of these limits may not apply to you.
11. Your responsibility to us
You agree to defend and compensate PepSavvy and the people who run it for any claims, losses and costs, including reasonable legal fees, that come from your breaking these terms or misusing the site.
12. Changes to the site and these terms
- We may change, add or remove anything on the site, or stop offering it, at any time.
- We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version, and using the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
- We may block anyone who breaks these terms from using the site.
13. The rest
If any part of these terms can’t be enforced, the rest still applies. Not enforcing a term right away doesn’t waive it. These terms and the privacy policy are the whole agreement between you and PepSavvy about the site.
