Privacy policy
PepSavvy doesn’t collect personal information. There are no accounts, analytics, ads or tracking cookies. Here’s exactly what happens to your data when you use the site.
The short version
- We don’t collect personal information. No sign-up, no email list, no forms.
- No analytics, ads or tracking cookies. PepSavvy doesn’t set cookies or use tracking tools of any kind.
- Your saved items stay on your device. Saved peptides, your compare list and your last calculator entries are kept in your browser, and you can clear them anytime.
- The calculator runs in your browser. Your numbers aren’t sent anywhere. Search runs in your browser too, though search terms can appear in the page address so a search can be shared.
- Two outside services see basic request data. Our host, Cloudflare, handles every page request, and YouTube serves the video thumbnails on some pages.
1. What we collect
Nothing that identifies you. PepSavvy has no accounts, sign-up forms, comments, newsletter or contact form, and never asks for your name, email address or health information.
2. What stays on your device
A few features use your browser’s own storage so they keep working between visits. This information stays in your browser and isn’t sent to PepSavvy:
- Saved peptides, the profiles you save.
- Your compare list, up to three peptides.
- Your last calculator entries, the vial size, water and dose you entered, and which peptide they were for, so the calculator can pick up where you left off.
- The form you last viewed on a profile, such as the injectable or nasal version. This is kept only until you close the tab.
The calculator works entirely in your browser, and so does search. Search terms can appear in the page’s web address so a search can be shared or bookmarked; like any web address, that goes to our host when the page loads, so avoid typing private health information into the search box.
To delete everything above, clear your browser’s site data for pepsavvy.com. In a private window, nothing is kept after you close it.
3. No analytics, ads or tracking
PepSavvy doesn’t use analytics, advertising, tracking pixels, fingerprinting or cookies, and doesn’t sell or share personal information, because it doesn’t collect any. There’s nothing to opt out of.
4. Our host: Cloudflare
Cloudflare hosts the site. To deliver pages and protect the site from attacks, Cloudflare processes technical details of each request, such as your IP address, browser type and the page you asked for, under Cloudflare’s privacy policy (opens in a new tab). If Cloudflare ever needs to check that a visitor isn’t a bot, it may set a strictly necessary security cookie. PepSavvy doesn’t use any of this to identify or track visitors.
5. Video thumbnails from YouTube
Some pages show thumbnails of YouTube videos. Your browser loads those images from YouTube’s servers, so Google, which runs YouTube, receives your IP address and browser details, as with any image from another site. The address of the PepSavvy page you’re on isn’t sent with them. Videos open on YouTube itself, where Google’s privacy policy (opens in a new tab) applies.
6. Links to other sites
Sources, videos and retailers are links to other websites. Once you follow one, that site’s own privacy policy applies.
7. Children
PepSavvy is meant for adults and isn’t directed at children. It doesn’t knowingly collect information from anyone, including children under 13.
8. Changes to this policy
If anything about how the site handles data changes, for example if we ever add analytics, we’ll update this page first and change the date at the top. See also our terms of service.
